NUESTRO Baijiu

After having tasted it on a trip to China, our founding partner and master distiller, Andrés, returned with the idea of creating an authentic Chilean version of the most consumed distillate worldwide: Baijiu.

The sugars in sorghum and rice grains are transformed into alcohol and aromatic compounds by the activity of different microorganisms. In the subsequent double distillation, the final aromatic profile is defined. Our Baijiu surprises with its pleasant fruit and aniseed aromas. Despite its imposing 55°, it is sweet and smooth.
