Our history

Our distillates are born in the Casablanca Valley and their story is ours. – The friends of DCB

In 2003 we created two of the pioneering craft breweries in Chile. For life reasons, none of us are still related to that industry, but our previous experience brought us together and generated a great friendship.

We love to experiment, innovate and break the mould, so this project makes us feel the same enthusiasm, energy and creativity that we felt when we took our first steps in the world of beer. A crazy idea?… , without a doubt! But living life without enjoying the present is not life.

With us you will not find 100 years of tradition, or imitations or more of the same, but innovative products of the highest quality, designed for people with a demanding palate and an open mind to explore new paths and sensations.
Dedicated to everyone who likes to enjoy special moments.

The Process of

Our Spirits

The Process of Our Spirits

The process of making our products is classic, inspired by traditions, but with a personal touch.
(gin/vodka)
A room-temperature stage in which botanicals, herbs, or condiments are infused in water and alcohol to dissolve their aromatic compounds and flavors.

(Whisky/Baijiu)
Here sugar and other compounds are extracted from different types of grains such as barley, wheat, corn, sorghum and rice. During fermentation, yeasts transform these sugars into alcohol, aromas and flavors.

It is the process in which substances are physically separated from a liquid mixture by boiling and condensation.
At this stage, we keep the spirits resting until they reach their optimum maturity.
Once the time is reached and before bottling, we filter at room temperature to preserve the aromas and flavors.

Our distillery is located in the Casablanca Valley, one of the most privileged viticulture regions in Chile. The proximity to the Pacific Ocean gives rise to a particular and unique microclimate to produce top quality wines and now also distilled spirits.
