Our first batch of Chilean Whiskey is not a copy of a Scotch or a Bourbon. Rather, we are inspired by both styles, but at the same time we seek a strong national identity: Made from Chilean barley and wheat malts and a portion of crushed corn, we go through a double distillation; finishing in a maturation of several months in contact with toasted wood of Patagonian Lenga. Our Original Chilean Blend Whisky has 46º alc/vol and offers notes of cereal, caramel, honey, spices and a soft wood toast.
